Packing

Each artwork is shipped in white, ready made frame with a plastic front, which serves as an additional protection during shipping.
The frame with an artwork is carefully packed in bubble foil and a cardboard box.

Dispatch

Orders are dispatched within 1-3 days after receiving payment.

Estimated delivery times

Poland: 1 working day

EU: 3 – 5 working days

USA: 8 – 10 working days

Please note: we can not take responsibility for any delays out of our control, like customs delays etc.

Tracking and insurance

Every parcel has a tracking number and is insured against loss and damages.

We carefully pack goods in protective boxes to secure that products will arrive in perfect condition. However, if the content is damaged upon receipt, please report this to us immediately or at the latest 2 days after receipt to: hello@annakruhelska.com

Please note – to file a claim with the shipping contractor we’ll need pictures of the damaged goods (damaged artwork or cardboard box).

After delivery

Upon receiving the parcel you can either leave the artwork in the frame it was shipped in or you can have it professionally framed at your local framing shop. I’m sure they’ll be more than happy to help you find the right frame for your artwork. If you like the ready-made frame but don’t like plastic front, you can always replace it with the glass one – to get it, contact your local glazier.

Shipping rates

All goods are sent from Lodz, Poland and can be shipped worldwide. The delivery price for your country will appear during checkout after you fill in your location. If your country is not available when checking out, please contact us at: hello@annakruhelska.com
